You might think I have a tiny bit of fear. A woman home alone all day with a little boy in a new neighborhood in a town I’m not overly familiar with.
I’m not. You see, I have dozens (hundreds, maybe?) of protectors. I find them all around the house, guarding my most valuable possessions.
It’s a selfless job; a dangerous one. I hate to say it, but … not all survive.
But when one or two dinosaurs fall, all the others rally in defense.
Don’t worry about us. We are perfectly safe.
But you may want to knock before entering.
I'm Meg. An Ohio girl who relocated to Arizona after college and met a true Pennsylvania gentleman. Married him and had a little boy. After nearly a decade in the desert, we moved Back East to be closer to family and changing seasons. I'm a freelance writer and a stay-at-home mom. I am too organized and too sarcastic for my own good. But I make a killer cheesecake.
